I have been to Switzerland a few times before. Each time exploring different parts of the neutral country. For our honeymoon, we went to Engelberg. A new place for the both of us. The Husband has never gone for a winter holiday, and boy, he had the shock of his life. A few days in the snow and he had a fever! Gosh. And I didn't know what to do, being a new wife and all! Now that I think about it, it's quite hilarious.

We flew off the night after the Majlis Bertandang and we landed in Zurich in the morning. We went straight to Engelberg via train. I love that the airport and the train station is side by side. Public transport is so easy! It was less than 2 hours of an amazing journey. The view, as we travelled, was just breathtaking. We've seen paintings and photos that seem surreal because it's just to good to be true. But. This. Was. Real. All praises to the Almighty. This world is His, and what a beautiful world it is.

Time for me to reveal how I really look like. I have never posted photos of me in IIU because I'm never dressed well. I just put on whatever that's comfortable. I am a very practical person. I always choose comfort especially since Malaysia is hot and I have to walk around campus from 8AM-5PM (at least).

Looking forward to the weekend? I'm not. I'm going to be locked up in my room, studying for finals. My first paper is on the 23rd and the last one is on the 11th of January. I'm scared. I haven't been studying like the kiasu student I truly am. 

Last weekend, I was busy with debate. And if you've been following my blog, you would have absolutely no idea that I debate. I have never thought about sharing about it because I'm not THAT good but recently, I have improved. I have improved a lot!

In White Borders & Chanel, I wrote about what I wore when I attended the Malam Pemasyhuran Presiden 2015 of Kelab Bakti Gunung Keledang.

During the dinner, the members would perform. Every year, they would also have a segment for their kids and their wives. And every year that I do attend the dinner, I would perform. Usually I would dance or sing or dance and sing. In 2011, I choreographed a tribute to MJ and performed with my ever-changing band with Ariff Arshad, Hadi, Zafiq and others. But since I'm all grown up, they have chucked me into the ladies group, as I sub for my mother. Lol.

This year, they wanted to stage a Hijab Style fashion show and the next thing you know, I'm on the list to walk on stage. This was backed by the fact that I had a 10-page spread in Hijab Fesyen magazine.

Back in school (not so long ago) I never really cared about my wellness and beauty. I'd just buy anything from the kedai runcit (small convenience store) for my daily baths. It's cheap and easy, anyway. However, as I slowly blossomed into adulthood, I realised that wellness and beauty is very important for a woman. Especially married ones. So I started to go to Body Shop, LUSH, SkinFood and the likes of it for my scrubs and soaps.

I love their products, don't get me wrong, but the problem I have is: 1) There's no LUSH in Malaysia. 2) They are a bit pricey. Especially my favourite ones.

Recently, I stumbled upon a cheaper alternative which smells great! I have been trying out a few of their products for the past few weeks since I met the owner at one of the many weekend bazaars held in Rasta TTDI.
