Right now, I am at the airport, waiting to board my flight to the UK. I am not kidding.

You might have noticed that I have been updating my blog consistently every Tuesday. So, yes. I have been keeping my promise to update the blog regularly. Even when I am at the airport!

You may or may not know, my youngest brother, Danial, is currently studying in Manchester University and this is our first time visiting him and he's already in his second year! But let's face it. He came back to Malaysia so many times this past one year. Tsk tsk.

Anyway, as I am about to go on what the Husband hopes to be my final travel for the year 2016, I decided to answer some questions that I've gotten from my readers and friends. Oh my God! It's been a year since my brother's wedding and I still haven't blogged about it! I have been a horrible blogger, haven't I? Gosh. I used to blog at least once a week but the past year has been so hectic that I have neglected my readers! I am so sorry my dear readers but fret no more because I am back! I have been saying this a couple of times, haven't I? But rest assured, this time, I'm going to stick around.

Recently, we had an addition to the family! My nephew was born while I was on a Euro trip although he was actually due after I got back. So while I didn't get to meet the (at the time he had no name) baby physically, I was still there thanks to technology! At 4AM in Brugge, my sister FaceTime-d me and got me to wake up. It was her first time meeting the baby too! And using my mom's phone, I was in one of the baby's very first wefie!

I swear, technology can really bring people closer. I honestly felt like I was there!

Contrary to popular belief, Yakult is not a kiddie drink. Yakult is a high quality probiotics in the form of a cultured milk drink. Each bottle contains over 30 billion live Shirota strain, which are the strongest strains of beneficial bacteria. These ‘good’ bacteria are good for digestion and immunity. I've been drafting and drafting for over two months now but nothing has been posted because I'm just so busy. If you don't follow me on Instagram, I have been flying from one city to the next and life is happening at a very fast pace at the moment.

InsyaAllah, I will finally settle down (read: get a job!) and I'll post on a regular basis again. But I have one more destination next month, sorry! I have so much to share about travels and graduating and getting a new nephew!

However, today is about what happened after my major Euro trip. I landed in Kuala Lumpur on Friday morning and it was already the third day of KLFW 2016!

The first time I used this scented tissues, I was overwhelmed with the Vanilla aroma. It reminded me of so many memories I had especially one that involves my family.

Every Ramadhan, my sister and I would help my mother bake a few different kuih Raya. This has been a tradition since I can remember. The house will be filled with the smell of almond, burnt cookies and Vanilla!

Another tradition of ours is the day before Eid at my grandmother’s place in Seremban, the women in the family will gather in the kitchen to cook and bake. My sister and I are always in charge of making crème caramel. The recipe we use is one that has been in the family for many many many years. And as my family is a pretty huge one, we have to make a few batches iof them. My grandmother’s house will always smell of Vanilla the night of Eid. am definitely glad that the Kleenex Vanilla Scented Tissues can rekindle memories of days filled with happiness and laughter.

I am a bit more active this month, in case you haven't noticed, because I have officially graduated! Results came out yesterday. And we are relieved! (And sad/nostalgic at the same time, of course!)

So the Husband and I decided to have an Iftar date because we have yet to berbuka with just the two of us. Sweet, right? So we went to 9Kedondong, a house turned event space located off Jalan Ampang. I really loved the place and concept. It's a nice place to host weddings as well.

Here's a picture of the walkway towards the eating area. I just HAD to take an OOTD because...you know...it's me! I'm wearing a black draped dress with a black and gold glitter cropped top inside. I was actually planning to don an abaya but there was none at the apartment at that time. So this is my innovative idea. Haha.

Juggling life has been difficult and occasionally, I would treat myself to a pampering spa session to relax. While I was at the spa the other day, I Snapchat about my time and a few of my followers asked me to blog about it. So, here I am, granting your wish.

This is the second year that Air Asia is hosting the Runway Ready Designer Search with KLFW RTW. It was just launched by Aireen Omar, Chief Executive Officer of AirAsia Berhad in JW Marriott, Kuala Lumpur today together with Andrew Tan of Andrews Models, Founder of KLFW.

Audition rounds will be held in Jakarta (16 April), Manila (23 April), Kuala Lumpur (30 April), Singapore (7 May) and Bangkok (14 May) to discover local talents from each regional city, and the Top 3 from the respective cities will represent their country during the Grand Finale in August on the prestigious KLFW RTW 2016 runway.

Both Aireen Omar and Andrew Tan will be part of the panel of judges for this year’s AARRDS 2016, with Vivy Yusof, my friend Alia Bastamam and Suzie Adnan, Editor-in-Chief of GLAM magazine.

First, I have to apologise for the long hiatus. It is due to being in my final semester which is full of practical work. Also, I am in over my head taking a job as well. Can I do it all? We shall see.

This was actually on a double date with fellow blogger Serene from www.playfulandsnazzy.com and her boyfriend who is also one of my boys (if you follow me on Instagram you would know who 'my boys' are), Suhail. I saw this cool flower show thing on Facebook at immediately tagged Serene as I knew she loved these kind of amazing places as well.

On the final week of the event, Serene called me to drag all of us there. For which I am thankful as we had an amazing time at the event.

These photos were actually from our second wedding anniversary. I donned my skirt from my Out of The Woods collection with Sea-Citizen.com with a plain basic white blouse and printed shawl which was a gift from my mother.

We celebrated our anniversary at The Majestic Hotel Kuala Lumpur where my grandfather was having his birthday getaway. It wouldn't seem like a getaway considering it was in KL not more than 15 minutes from my place but it felt like it! Who knew you can have getaways without actually getting away!

I know. I know. I've been MIA even though I was on holidays! So terrible of me! But my Macbook hasn't been itself lately (it's super slow) so I've put off a lot of blogging and laptop related stuff.

Anyway, about a week ago, I was invited to Jovian Mandagie X Lazada: Spring/Summer 2016 Collection Fashion Show at Ruyi & Lyn, Bangsar Shopping Centre. The Jovian Mangadie ready-to-wear collection is exclusively available for customers from 21 January 2016 only on Lazada.

When my brother got married, he took a week off going around meeting all our relatives. It's a Malay tradition which is to introduce the partner to one's family. So one of his relatives that had the pleasure of being treated was me and the Husband! Haha.

I just realised I haven't blogged about their wedding! I will get to that soon, now that finals are over and I have until February before the next (and my FINAL) semester starts.

Anyway, Amirah (Dr. Tengku Nurul Amirah) had heard about the Orchid Conservatory in Majestic Hotel Kuala Lumpur awhile back and thought of bringing me here since I have expressed ideas on blogging about a series of Tea Time Places. They have brought me to other places as well but we never took proper photos being the gluttonous persons we are. We always forget to take pictures of the food until we ate a portion!

I'm 5 days late but final exams are like killing me. So, yeah.

2015 has been a huge year for me. I think I grew up so much in the past 12 months.

I lost my job because my program was cut. It's called 1MDB - Yayasan Sime Darby Work Grant. I don't think I need to explain why the program got cut.

I did my Law Attachment Program in Ipoh for 3 months. A lot of people wondered why I did it there instead of in KL where it's like 'happening' and where the Husband is. So here's my answer: I wanted to live with my family. Who knows what will happen when I graduate June 2016? I don't think I will be living in Ipoh for the next few years at least. A lot of people couldn't understand that I felt really sad about leaving the life I knew. This is part of growing up. But it's still nostalgic.

I did a collaboration with Sea-Citizen.com designing skirts: Out Of The Woods, Into The Sun! That was really cool although the promotions are just starting now. I am so happy to know that my skirts are selling in Europe!

I have been working in the fashion industry doing odd jobs like managing fashion shows as well as managing photoshoots. I really love the work because it's all about creativity and fun! Of course hard work plays an important role as well.

Right now I'm just focused on my degree which is why my blog has been left to dust a bit. I'm just posting today because I miss you, my dear readers! I know it's horrible of me to stay quiet all the time. I barely update on Instagram either! It's my final 5 months and the course is getting tougher and more time consuming then ever. Please pray for me!

Taylor Swift just released her Out Of The Woods video moments ago and I couldn't help realising that the concept was very similar to a shoot I had for my collaborative collection with Sea-Citizen.com called Out of The Woods and Into The Sun.
